Buffalo Wild Wings - Bristol

The food was quite good, and our server was very pleasant and helpful. We took advantage of a great deal on the traditional wings—buy one order, get one free! We ended up spending $49.90 for 32 wings, mac and cheese, pretzel bites, onion rings, and two Pepsis.

I visited on Sunday, March 27th, during March Madness. Half of the restaurant was closed due to a staffing shortage. It seemed like there was only one person cooking in the kitchen, along with a server and a bartender. We had to wait between 45 minutes to an hour for our food. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the free nachos from the BWW app because they were all out of them. I ordered the boneless mild wings with fries, and I must say, I was disappointed. The boneless wings were really tough and chewy, as if the frying oil needed to be changed or something. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
