Blackbird Bakery - Bristol

This bakery is absolutely fantastic! It's multi-level, beautifully decorated, and has some inviting couches where you can relax and enjoy your visit. The display is impressive, filled with mouthwatering desserts. They even serve Homestead Creamery ice cream! I tried the blueberry cheesecake bar, which was quite tasty—not overly sweet. However, the standout was the cookies and cream cheesecake; it was heavenly! With a brownie crust and topped with whipped cream and ganache, I opted for the mini version (since they don't offer slices) and it was perfect for sharing between two people. The staff was exceptionally friendly, too. My only minor critique is that their prices aren't available online, which meant I had to call to inquire about them—but that's not a big deal. Additionally, my decaf coffee was cold since it was late at night, but the gentleman there kindly warmed it up for me, and it tasted great. Overall, a lovely experience all around!

One great reason to visit Bristol is the fresh donuts and cakes at Blackbird Bakery. The ambiance inside is very inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's one of the rare spots where you can enjoy a meal, cozy up by the fire, and unwind. I highly recommend it!

The donuts and coffee are fantastic, and the red velvet dream cake is incredible. I’d give it 4 stars since the customer service could be improved. I had a poor experience with one staff member who rushed me, and there was also a guy who barely spoke, only asking me to repeat my coffee order. They have a wide selection, which is great, but the service was lacking.

One of the yummiest places in Downtown Bristol. All the drinks and treats are to die for. Give their kolache, strawberry danish and Chai tea latte a try, you wont regret it! The ambiance is comfortable, mostly quiet (when not busy), and you'll see all types of folks here enjoying the atmosphere.

BRILLIANT bakery with SO many tasty treats to choose from Donuts, cakes, pastries, desserts, cookies, coffee, and ice cream. The service is excellent, and very friendly staff!! The iced coffee is delicious, and the jazzy tea was fun on a hot summer day. Great find a long our road trip!!
