Arby's - Bristol

I go here at least once a week (usually Thursday or Friday because we 're too tired to cook ? and we 're never disappointed. The food is great, the staff is friendly and really it doesn 't feel like you 're eating fast food because those Roast Beef Cheddar sandwiches are AMAZING ?

Picked up an order of their hush puppy breaded fish through the drive thru. Short line moved quickly my fish was hot delicious. I'll definitely be back.

I must say that Arby's on W.State St. Have truly good people working on tonight's close shift, truly good! Kayla and the staff she had tonight were really nice. I showed up like literally 4 mins before close expecting to be pretty much ignored, yet I got complete opposite the other young lady notified Kayla who im guessing is the shift lead/manager and the two of them made my food it is all fresh, fries etc, and I didn't mention I was walking, they did it even though it meant they had to stay and still be cooking after 12am and they were respectful, just had to say THANK YOU!! You went above and beyond when almost every one else wouldn't have. I appreciate Arby's on West State St.Bristol TN! Kudos to the crew that closed!

Everytime we stop by here the dining room is closed.Not sure why website and Google says dining available but it’s closed. So we leave.
