Yume Kitchen - Bristol

I went to this restaurant for a dinner with a few friends to catch up tonight. It had been a while since we had seen each other and we thought the atmosphere of this place would be perfect for our gathering. At first glance, the menu looked great with plenty of options. We ordered our food and had a good conversation going. However, while three dishes arrived in a timely manner, the last dish took way too long to come out, leaving our hungry group disappointed. Additionally, the service for water was terrible. Sushi is a salty dish that requires a lot of hydration, which was lacking at this restaurant. Overall, it was an okay visit to what we had hoped would be a great dining experience.
