We found this place randomly and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! the menu had vegan option for the following dishes: vegan pad thai bibimbap vegan toppoki vegan kimchi fries vegan kimchi rice (not on the menu but friendly from the owner on suggestion of one of us cooked! amazing skills and atmosphere of people. you have to try!
One thing I love about this restaurant is that you don't have to spend over £10 to get a very satisfying meal. However, the tofu is a bit tough to chew, and the vegan bibimbap should definitely be priced lower than the vegetarian option since it doesn't come with any ice.
A small and simple restaurant located in Stoke's Croft serves a variety of Asian dishes. We shared some tofu bao buns and I had a tofu rendang. The curry was delicious, but it lacked depth in flavor. The crispy exterior of the tofu made up for it, providing a pleasant eating experience. There was a lack of variety in flavor between the dishes, as they both tasted quite similar. The fluffy bao buns were a highlight of the meal, although they were slightly pricey at £8. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and offers vegan-friendly Asahi beer. Overall, while not mind-blowing, it is a pleasant spot for a casual meal.
We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised! The menu had vegan options for dishes like Vegan Pad Thai, Bibimbap, Vegan Toppoki, Vegan kimchi fries, and even a Vegan kimchi rice (which wasn't on the menu but the owner kindly cooked up for us upon our suggestion). The staff had amazing abilities and created a great atmosphere. You have to try it!
