The Shake Lab Patchway - Bristol

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I visited with my son on a Monday morning. My son has severe social anxiety and struggles to communicate with strangers, but the server was very friendly and helpful in explaining how everything works. After the kind server explained the menu, my son felt more confident in placing his order. We ordered 2 Oreo shakes, and although they were a bit pricey, they were delicious! I wanted to leave a tip, but the server mentioned that they do not accept tips, which was a disappointment. Overall, it was a really good experience and we will definitely be back here. I can't remember the server's name, but he was fantastic.

I had a great time after Covid at this restaurant, but I believe they may struggle to handle a larger crowd. The staff was friendly and helpful. If they had more plant-based options, I would give them a 5-star rating.
