Pret A Manger - Bristol

Really good pret. the staff is very friendly and helpful. this pret a manger was very clean, neat and well stored by products. there was a lot to eat, though we visited late the day. there are many seats and we were served quickly. I had a kokoshahn and it was delicious! the best I ever tasted. my man had a biscuit that was warm and very tasty, and a caramel latte. drinks were hot and pleasant and as always favorable. will definitely visit this pret again.

A great coffee, sitting or taking. no external seats. minus a star as recently can be closed by chance. otherwise a really nice coffee and cinnamon whirls.

I am used to london prets that are usually extremely busy 7 days per week, and I was very pleasantly surprised to find very attentive staff, a not very busy box, fully equipped regale, clean tables and good service overall. I would certainly recommend this pret!

This restaurant was very disappointing. Despite Pret being a good chain, the service here was lacking. The staff were friendly, but they managed to mess up our order even with a screen displaying the commands. The next customers were left waiting without drinks for a long time before being served. There was a lack of communication within the team, overall a very poor experience.

Consistent quality as usual, but the management needs to be reprimanded. It was uncomfortably hot inside, with the door wide open while the refrigerators were working overtime. It's unfair that taxpayers are footing the bill for this unnecessary heat that customers like myself don't want! Step up your game!
