Mcdonald's Horsefair - Bristol

Amazing experience. used order by app for the first time and it was great to plan the 8 meal times that I had to order for my young birthday. the team was great and got it all spot on, hot and offered help to the table, although there was a mental busy lunchtime with orders thick and fast. I had not expected it to be as smooth as it turned out. happy days.

It is a good, rasant place in the heart of the city. waiting for the food alone is too long, but this is a good little mc.

We ordered for a group of 9 people while traveling on a train, and this McDonald’s was one of the few where our entire order was correct. There was a designated queue for the ordering screens with a security guard monitoring. It was quite busy with a large crowd waiting to pick up their orders. The food was served promptly, so we had no complaints. Overall, it was a decent McDonald’s, but it could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, which is why it lost a star in our review.

Eating came fast and special requests were followed; the place was not very clean. free tables had traces and eat on them and müll was not deleted. the personal was sliding around the opening conversation. while I was waiting for my food, someone came from the street and started digging through the müll who was looking for food. the workers were too busy talking to the division.

Not very clean. No access to the ordering area if you have a push chair. Lift was not working and no one even bother to offer any help.
