Found this little gem on the Michelin Food Guide and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious, service was warm and friendly. Really loved the grilled prawns, iberico pork both cooked and cured! Also the pulpo was beautifully cooked, and the oysters fresh and creamy. The salted chocolate truffles were superb, and would highly recommend the Black 77 coffee liqueur to finish it all off! I would recommend booking ahead as it gets really busy.
Make a reservation! The inside seating is nice and cozy. The terrace is breezy but you will have human traffic next to you as they make their way to the exit. Food, good tapas. Portions are reasonable size. Enough to try out the flavours. Favourite is the aubergine, scallop, fritura mixta. The sponge cake dessert is heaven. The specials chicken and cod is a must try. I had higher expectation for pulpo and gambas pil pil too charred and salty. Maybe we were just unlucky. The patatas bravas taste good but visually a mess.
OK this place is excellent. We were a walk in on a Friday late lunch. Outstanding food, friendly and welcoming service. We got to sit at the bar infront of the open kitchen, and very much enjoyed our chat with the chefs. All in all, excellent. PS big outdoor area, great view, will be incredible in the summer. Highly recommended!
I've only been twice, but both times were amazing evenings. The food is delicious, at a very reasonable price. All the seafood tastes super fresh and is cooked to perfection. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and could easily answer any questions I had about the menu. I'm lactose intolerant but there were still so many options for me! Watching the chef's in the kitchen was lovely too as you can see they put so much precision and care into every dish they make, and they really care about the dishes. The whole fish of the day is a must have, so juicy and tender on the inside with tasty crispy skin. Overall such a great experience all round, 100% will be coming back :
