Frankie Benny's - Bristol

Family meal for 7, excellent eating, great friendly service john at aspekten) .

First time I have been to Frankie Benny's for breakfast and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious. Prices were okay, a little more than I would normally pay, but the food was worth it I also had the taste card, which can be used on breakfast items so it made the meal cheaper. Was very clean and tidy. The server was very efficient and he was friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating, Plenty of parking outside. Would definatly come back for another visit!

I've not been to a Frankie Benny's for a long time.. Out was always a guarantee of bad service and food Times have changed went to the Longwell Green restaurant after a movie and had a great time. The place has been refitted is bright modern and clean. The staff were all excellent, helpful and friendly. The food was great without exception. A airfield shot put to the kids menu which is actually fun and appealing.. Normally we let the kids order adult food as many places just offer nugget and beans. Kudos for a varied kids menu and different portion sizes.. And vegan options! Any negative points? A couple. When we arrived there was a 20 minute wait.. But plenty of empty tables I felt as if it was a ploy to get us into the bar to order extra drinks. It worked. The only other slightly negative point was the long wait between the starter (which came within minutes) and the main course which took about 40 minutes.

Came here for my birthday on Monday and from the minute we entered, we had an amazing time. the whole team was great and so friendly that we feel like family. our server john was amazing and absolutely made our night, he went beyond and beyond and even had a great time to sing happy birthday to me despite my embarrassment! we had such a great time and it was even better that our whole food was delicious (and also the cocktails)! can not wait to come back soon!

So a beautiful place to take their family or their date. outside looks like another shopping center, but in good old frankie benny’s with smashing menu for everyone. the atmosphere and the service is absolutely amazing to go and check for your own.
