Contribuiți la feedbackWhilst the food and service were very good, it was very noisy (current terminology would probably describe it as ‘buzzy’ to the extent that we struggled to talk to each other. Probably a better place for the younger crowd who don’t mind this but we probably wouldn’t visit again for this reason.
The restaurant has a stunning grand interior and serves delicious food. The entire team is highly professional and friendly.
We loved the atmosphere, what a gorgeous space. Staff were excellent, menu was extensive and the food was beautifully served. Best of all, tasted as good as it looked. Value for money was very good. Would go again if we come back to Bristol
The chicken schnitzel was overcooked and served with minimal greens, only a small amount of watercress, and undercooked fries. The restaurant's design with many hard surfaces likely contributed to high noise levels, which could have been disruptive during busy times.
The ambience was beautiful, the food amazing. Only hiccup was that the Yorkshire pudding was totally burnt to the point of inedible. When I gave feedback about the meal to the service staff, they simply say ok and moved on. A great Sunday roast must have a great Yorkshire pudding too. Serving an inedible component was disappointing. Generally as a whole, all other food was spot on!
