Climbing the Via Pideura, reached the ridge, you can enjoy a sensational view: in front of the landscape of the squid, a lunar landscape, which contrasts with the green of olive trees, oaks and hills. Here is the farm of Oasi, with its author garden, very well cared, really beautiful. The restaurant is very spacious, in the beautiful season its verandas allow to combine good food and beauty

I've been there many times in this restaurant and I've always eaten well. Antipasto Oasi is taaantooo and all delicious, cappelletti with oil brisighello for me are really good (the dough inside is just good), rabbit roast tender and good... Crunchy semifreddo with carammellati figs is strange good. When I come here, I know I'm going safe.

Today Sunday 19 May we decide to make a family lunch we are in 12 people and we have booked for the 13 in this farm .... we start from the positive aspects....a beautiful location surrounded by the gentle hills and the calanchi of brisighella with a spectacular view sin bad weather but equally the landscape is satisfying some game for children so much green space and the waiter and not intrusive now we pass to the negative notes in the early days I would say quite little quantities for both the first and the second....we ordered a bis of first with very good dry calves and strozzapreti radicchio nuts very anonymous nothing exciting we would have liked the resumption but we were told we should wait another 45 minutes...folle... we go to the grill with little choice of meat sausage and bacon also this very little quantity a bit of potatoes in the oven and some hints of vegetables grilled wine of the house little good ... so in the total the lunch has not been the most satisfying ....peccato because the place has a great potential the waiters and all the staff you have to do but maybe as reiterated at the beginning you have to take less bookings if not efficient

For those looking for healthy and robust Romagna cuisine, this is the right place!! Great dish of appetizers (pezza fritta, sausage romagnola, polenta fritta and piada!! , excellent tagliatelle with the ragù with thick and soda pastry and delicious lamb chops with bone wand and meat in general The location then is fantastic also in the rain, spent in the middle of the calanchi romagnoli, but to 5 minutes A place to breathe pure air and let the children vent!! Only fault is open only from Friday to Sunday so you better book!! Closed in winter
