Contribuiți la feedbackWe spent a few days in Emilia Romagna, and have had a lot of great food, but the piadine and crescioni we had here were the highlights of the trip. The piadine are handmade by Aldo and are soft and delicious. Next to the traditional one, we tried the spelt one which was equally delicious. Also the crescione with spinach, mascarpone and gorgonzola was wonderful. We had a small portion of cold cuts, the best salame and coppa we ever tasted. Aldo explained that he sources all his cold cuts locally by the best butcher using local Mora Romagnola pigs. The flavour was incredible!
Delicious light lunch with local piadinas! Fresh ingredients to choose from (cheeses, hams, salumi etc).
If you don't want to sit down for a restaurant meal, this is a great option. Choose your bread, meat and cheese and stand by for a delicious piadina. The ingredients were fresh and flavoursome. Sara was a lovely host too.
