Yeronga Services - Brisbane

This restaurant is part of the RSL (Returned Soldiers League) in Australia. Anyone is welcome to enter the restaurant, Members and associated members pay $16 for a meal, non-members $19, drinks and desserts extra. The luncheon buffet, available from midday is very good with a variety of salads and roast meats. There are some theme nights and the club has its slot machines and private rooms for larger groups away from the dining area. Parking is behind the club or on Kadumba Street. Desserts are extra and there are only a few offerings for an extra price. The coffee we ordered was as weak as dishwater. If you wish to have milk in your coffee, order a long black and a side of milk/cream. They did not serve de-caf coffee or if it was, it was from a little tiny packet. Awful! Otherwise a good place to eat.

I have eaten here twice now - medium rare steak, salad

We have eaten regulararly at Yeronga RSL restaurant. Before it changed hands a couple of years ago it was a great place to eat especially with a shop a docket. After travelling for nearly two months overseas

Had lunch here with friends and food was what one would expect for a club style meal. The table and settings were clean and tidy and the young gent attending to us was very polite and obliging. The food itself was well served and good value for the price. Would eat here again.

Atmosphere is good, service is good but whilst the food was tasty - it was not hot! Why is it always **** frozen beans, tasteless carrot and corn, why not some fresh veges its not that hard!!! The potatoes tasted about 3 days old and the gravy was something else!We dine here regularly and have work functions too - usually its nice and hot!!
