Contribuiți la feedbackThe CKT still shines with a great Wok Qi, though the portion size seems smaller than I remember. The wonton soup is average and not quite as impressive as what I’ve had at Zen Corner. I appreciate that the beef balls are house-made, but the texture isn’t quite to my liking. Overall, the quality remains consistent. I would still recommend this place. My previous rating was in December 2017, when I gave it 4.5/5.
Definitely visit this place—you won't regret it! The CKT is fantastic!
Uncle Lai's is a local restaurant that a friend recommended when we were in the mood for Malaysian cuisine. Tucked away among a row of shops on Logan Road, it blends in with its surroundings, making it easy to overlook unless you're intentionally looking for it.
I love here<br/ I was looking for nice Malaysian restaurant around my living area, so I found it!<br/ Staffs are friendly and food are delicious <br/ I want to back with my best friend<br/
Authentic Malaysian Hawker Food<br/ <br/ We dropped into this small restaurant for a casual Sunday night dinner after reading all the positive reviews online. We tried a couple of their signature dishes CKT (char kway teow) and seafood curry laksa. Both were delicious and we also loved their lau sa bao (molten salted egg custard buns) which were amazing. The service was very friendly and you can BYO.
