The Chinahouse Restaurant - Brisbane

We went here for a special occasion to meet family we haven’t seen for ages. The food was beautiful. The location was vibrant and service was great. We enjoyed the large portions of quality food. Would highly recommend this place if you enjoy sharing food and enjoy this cuisine. Big 10/10.

We have been coming here regularly for a while and every time has been a pleasure. The food is always first rate, as is the service. Best of all, it's like stepping back in time to my childhood. This place has an old school grandeur that isn't forced or pretentious. It just is what it is, and it is amazing.

Yum cha here was great! Seems they don't wheel trollies of delights around any more (shame). On the upside, ordering from the menu meant the dishes came out hot straight from the kitchen. So delicious, so well priced. Excellent, friendly service.

Excellent experience at this restaurant. The wait staff were efficient, freindly and attentive. They were accommadating to the vegan and gluten free members of our group and happily helped us serve and decorate the birthday cake we brought in. Beautiful classic chinese restaurant decorum. Would recommend for large family gatherings and business dinners.

They offer a wide variety of menu options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The food is tasty and affordable, the interior and decor are charming, and the service is excellent with polite and friendly staff. Conveniently located in the heart of Fortitude Valley, the restaurant is easily accessible from anywhere in Brisbane. A must-visit for authentic Chinese cuisine.
