Subway Holland Park - Brisbane

How hard is it to make a sandwich with a bit of love. Unfortunately I’ve have a bad experience with the staff and it’s as if they are doing you a huge favour making you a sandwich you’re paying for! I ordered a veggie delight salad. The guy forgot to add the avecado which was supposed to go with it and later I reminded them and they didn’t offer to add it. Also would be cutting tomatos on the bench which is not very hygienic I guess. Overall, your food is important I prefer to go somewhere where staff seem to a bit more enthusiastic about what they do as they give that energy to the food you eat ‍

I ordered 9 o'clock this morning. no customers were in charge so I thought I would get my subway a little decent! my five-year-old brother could make a better sandwich than the dame who works! I was working with the same lady a few times in the last week, every time I felt uncomfortable, if I had gone downhill due to their attitude as they don't want! this load has gone down in the last months! look at the reviews in the last months! either teach their workers how to make a good subway and teach them GOOD customer service or hire new workers. there is only one worker there who consistently makes good subways while they feel welcome and always creates good moods. not sure what his name is, but has a bart, where is a bandana and has a few piercings)

Good food however, everytime I go, no matter how busy it is- I am waiting 15-20 minutes for my sub to be made because of slow workers. I ordered online today so I didn’t have to wait on my break and it hadn’t even been started when I got there

Honestly horrible. As someone who actually works at Subway this was beyond bad. Let 's starts.1. You clean your boards. The boards today we 're not cleaned as in training program you always clean the boards.2. Rude staff. No hi want can I get for u today once I payed my food was basically thrown at me.3. Heat the patties up. I asked for the chicken snitzel to be heated before toasted (they didn 't even do that). You are meant to heat all patties up.4. Slow. Really slow people.Overall it 's just a bad experience and I really don 't recommend this place at all.

I ordered a veggie delite online and not only did they forget the cheese and tomato that I ordered but they forgot the avocado. Which is the WHOLE POINT!! Not impressed smh
