I'm not exactly sure why I always go out of my way to visit this pub, but for some reason I do. Despite the long walk, I always end up at this particular spot.

The general manager's lack of customer service at this restaurant is unacceptable. My partner had dinner here today and was treated very poorly regarding his medical condition.

I was satisfied with the continuing high customer service and the real friendliness of the entire team. the food was supplied hot, good portion and delicious. well done.

We are regular diners in shafston hotel we go there mainly because of the service. eating is always good and the friendly chef seems to find the time to visit the tables that is a sign of continuous quality improvement for the hotel. it always makes our visit so much better when luisa is there as she is a bright and cheerful young woman who goes beyond the call to make our visit special, and is a real advantage for the hotel.
