New Chung Shan Restaurant - Brisbane

The staff was overriding, the fried rice was so dry. to saucy anglo Asian style eating. they have ham in fried rice, it didn't taste good. we were last in the restaurant it was to say despite announcing that the staff was closed rudely asked to leave us. came wondering how fast our dishes are taken away. the bill without asking was rude, they hasten to go. will never go back!

We celebrated our jubilee with friends, as we did not mention any mscg garnels, so it was our fault.

We celebrated our 12th anniversary 16/12/2016 with friends as we did not mentioned no mscg prawns shrimps so it was our fault. Top dollar service was great i am happy the oysters

Staff was over talkative & the fried rice was so dry. Too saucy Anglo Asian style food. They put ham in fried rice & it tasted not good. We were last in the restaurant & it was around 9. Despite notice says closes at 10 staff was rudely prompted us to leave. Came & ask anymore & quickly took our dishes away. Brought the bill without asking & it was rude they hurry us to leave. Will never go back!

The steak was hot and beautiful. Half rare and half charred and remember that it is a stir fry sized steak. Greasy but in a good way, really added to the texture. Staff was so friendly and you get a real family feel, especially when her 5 year old son comes out of the kitchen. Do not believe the reviews this is one of it not the best Chinese restaurant in Brisbane, if not in Australia!
