Nando's - Brisbane

I've been to Nandos many times but i have never had a bad meal. Food is delicious and the service is great. the atmosphere of the restaurant is definitely a place you can enjoy yourself with friends and family.

I became such a patron here they knew my order of by heart, i'd just walk in a sit down.. These guys cook the best chicken nandos has to offer and i try all the different locations. When i was leaving Australia they all got pretty upset that they wouldn't be seeing me for a while. When i got back from the states i went there first thing and they were all so happy to see me heh. Customer service and good food is what this place is all about.

I'm a nandos addict by nature and try pretty much every store looking for the best chefs / tasty chicken. The Fortitude Valley store is run by a happy indian fellow, always there, always working his hardest, and always willing to go the extra length for the customer. He's always so nice and cooks the best chicken in the CBD, i'd recommend anyone to go and check out this hidden gem.

Nandos went over well woth every family member. We had the lemon pepper, the mild and the hot, and it was all fantastic! Staff were fun and kind to the children in the group, and everyone felt the cost was low, especially for the amount of chicken and chips supplied in each order. An experience I can't wait to have again.

I travel a bit and enjoy my chicken at Nandos. While on a business trip to Brisbane , I thought I would get a takeaway from Nandos . The lady that took my order was polite and friendly . Unfortunately the food served was simply the worst Nandos I have ever had and I am not too sure whether it was because it was coming to the end of the day for the staff on that friday night shift or perhaps the fact that I appeared from out of town. Either way, I can't find an excuse for a team of hardworking staff to simply serve the worst fries available. This feedback is intended to highlight a possible deficiency in the quality of service. The positive is that I am confident that this might have been an anomaly due to young staff with limited supervision.
