My Mistress - Brisbane

Stopped in for a coffee, which was very nice and scanned the menu for next time. A fresh take on the usual options at a cafe and our waitress was delightful and friendly. It had an urban feel and if you are lucky you can get a spot in the sun on the patio. No delays with service or coffee. My daughter had an interesting twist with her french toast which looked divine and very filling.

I have been here several times and always love the food and coffee. However, we are always awaiting for an excessive amount of time and staff are often quite unfriendly. I'm unsure if they are understaffed or what the problem is, but this place always seems very unorganised.

Went for a walk through Clayfield and it was starting to get hot so stopped in for a milkshake. Nice atmosphere. I didn't have any food but what I saw being bought out looked good

Four of us dropped in on Easter Monday morning for coffee. Service was good, coffee's came out quickly and although I wasn't planning on having anything to eat, the Eggs Marilyn on the menu looked to good not to try. I guess it was a benedict of sorts, however the bread, a caraway and caramelised onion rye took it to another level. Prices were quite reasonable even with a public holiday surcharge.It is also pet friendly, so Ruby the pet Dachshund could join us and enjoy a puppichino.Overall, a very nice little place to enjoy breakfast.

Love the food here, the bagels are my particular favourite.! Unfortunately, I always find that the service is incredibly slow, it's like the staff are annoyed by your presence. It's a real shame considering how delicious the food is.
