Mcdonald's Virginia - Brisbane

The manager on duty seemed to be in a bad mood and treated me as if I was a troublesome customer he had dealt with before. He was incredibly rude, acting like the snottiest teenager I had ever encountered. Thank you, McDonald's.

I attempted to give this restaurant a chance, but it continually disappoints me. This McDonald's is most definitely the worst McDonald's in Australia! They consistently get my order wrong and have unhelpful staff. Hopefully, corporate headquarters will take notice and the franchise owner will make necessary changes. I visit this McDonald's every Friday and Saturday, yet they never manage to get my order correct. Today was no exception - my burger was wrong, there was no hash brown, and they were out of ham and cheese pockets. I have tried calling them 12 times in the past 2 hours, but there has been no answer. I am calling because I am fed up with the constant errors. If they cannot get my order right, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have finally reached my limit with this location.

Judith at the Virginia McDonald's informed my elderly mother that they now only offer a senior's discount for one meal per person per day. This means that if she goes back to purchase a second meal because she is still hungry, she will not be able to receive a discount on a second coffee. When my mother bought a second meal today, Judith mentioned that her discount booklet stated she could not receive a discount on a second coffee at the discounted price. There were no signs in the restaurant warning customers about this policy, and I could not find any information on the Virginia McDonald's website. Other McDonald's locations nearby allow the discount with the purchase of another meal later on.

Waited 20 minutes in the waiting bay. Worst experience ever for a basic item. Do not go here! They can't get their ! sorted. Longest I've waited is 40 mins for a medium meal!!!!

**** place!!!!! 'I tried to rate this store o but it won 't let me. This McDonalds is the WORST IN THE AUSTRALIA !!!!! NEVER EVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT. With the most incompetent staff we can only hope HEAD office is taking notice and kicks the franchiser OUT. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
