Macondo Cafe - Taste The Passion

We visited Macondo for my Mum's 85th birthday with 13 family members. Food was great, service was warm and welcoming and the deck was comfortable and relaxing. The food serves were very generous and although we were not familiar with Colombian food we all enjoyed everything we tried.We were even given a delicious complimentary birthday cake on the house!Thanks so much it was a lovely lunch and we will be back.Do yourself a favour and visit Macondo!

Best Lechona in Brisbane the taste is incredible and the service is amazing, will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.

The word on the street from other locals is excellent so off we went to check it out. It is a random location but quirky and inviting. We choose a selection of food to try for our first time and it was all good. I particularly loved my hot chocolate with cheese; go figure it was just weird!!! Never having been to Columbia I'd never had it before. But I'll be back to continue working my way through the menu!!!

We heard about this place from an online article so thought we would give it a whirl!The Columbian food was delicious - lots of very yummy meat on offer The pizzas were HUGE - when it says in the menu that it's a giant slice - believe them!We don't live on the Southside, but if we did I think that this would become a regular!It's BYO - so bring along some wine and enjoy the food. Ps - the breakfast looks amazing - must get there and try that one of these days.

Went there for lunch and the place is really cute . The service was friendly . The food itself comes in small potions but it's super tasty . So we did have to order a fair bit but everything we had was delicious and it's quite reasonably priced . Definitely want to go back . So much variety if you're vegetarian!
