The dining room was clean, and the crispy chicken was delicious, fresh, and juicy, especially when paired with the seasoned chips.

Red Rooster is the best restaurant I've ever been to! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond to assist me. The customer service was excellent, and the food was hot and absolutely delicious. The ice-cold drinks were perfect, and the table service was outstanding as well. Additionally, the loyalty card program is a fantastic bonus. I have no complaints about this place!

I tried the spicy burger box from this restaurant because of a promotion. While some parts of the meal were enjoyable, the burger itself was really unpleasant. To make matters worse, I’ve come down with a stomach bug and have been experiencing nausea and vomiting for hours. I’m hoping it’s not related to the food, but I can't seem to stop dry heaving and bringing up bits of it.

Manager was a genuinely rude person, food was ok but the service was slow

I tried to order online and pick up. Told order was not there yet they took money out of my bank account. Seriously staff asked for order name and told them surname and showed them order number on the phone. Still insisting no order there. I called them when I got home for refund and they told me order was in Christian name and there the entire time. No apologies or anything!Seriously cranky I would have given no stars if possible!
