When I later called, I was informed that they now open at 2 PM instead of 1 PM. Despite the lady at the counter claiming that their naan machine was not working, they did not offer to at least prepare the curry we had ordered. It was a confusing and frustrating experience, as they simply canceled the entire order without any apology or notification. We were looking forward to trying their food as we had heard great things, but the terrible customer service ruined the experience for us. I highly recommend double-checking their opening hours and order status before placing an order, as the information on their website, Google, and online ordering platform seems to be incorrect and not updated. The lack of communication and professionalism in handling the situation was disappointing. It would have been more appropriate for them to contact us and inquire about completing the rest of the order, instead of canceling it without notice.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. After driving there, I found out they were closed even though their website and signs indicated they would be open until 10 a.m. This lack of communication is not a good sign of customer service. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 1 out of 5.

I absolutely loved everything we ordered at this restaurant. The service by the staff was amazing. The food was so delicious, I couldn't help but lick my fingers. I highly recommend this place.
