Hikari - Brisbane

I have been wanting to try hikari in Teneriffe for a while now, as I am a big fan of Japanese food. When I stepped out of my usual routine, I made plans with some friends a few weeks ago to finally give it a try. We made a reservation ahead of time for a large group, and luckily the weather was nice so we were able to sit outside.

This restaurant serves delicious and fresh sashimi salmon and scallops. The staff is friendly and provides great service. Don't miss out on trying the spicy umeshu (Japanese plum wine)!
