This restaurant is a great choice for bariatric patients. I ordered the kids meal and it was perfect.

Contracted food poisoning from this store after ordering a grilled chicken burrito.This resulted in me being very ill and unable to work for various days, due to the effects on my body.Upon following this incident with a quality assurance officer,they had found that there were obviously 'nothing wrong with the food '.It is a shame the company wants to shield themselves from any financial liability and moral obligation to accept responsibility for their actions.I was just one of the unlucky customers and have no option but to get severely sick and suck it up.

Mexican Food is a fav food of mine! I love the atmosphere, lively, chic, reasonably priced food, vast menu, family-friendly, helpful staff, COVID SAFE! A relaxing time after a BIG SHOP! Thank you GUZMAN y GOMEZ!

The food and service were absolutely terrible. I feel sorry for the girl who was being trained and served me, as she wasn't the issue. The Rice was soggy and barely had any meat. The guacamole and sour cream that were supposed to come with my meal were missing, even though I paid for them. The outside tables were dirty, and we had to eat while being surrounded by crows. This was by far the worst meal my family has ever had. The "manager" needs a wake-up call. We're heading to Zambreros to get some real Mexican food.

Horrible customer service. Asked what was gluten free and was told to look on the website. Didn’t want to help at all and the new staff was having no support from the other grumpy staff.
