Brat Haus - Brisbane

The famous pub over the street canceled its food service on a great night of play, so we had to cross the road to brat house, which served the game, the amount and all others to serve quickly, cheerful and to a high standard...for takeaway. well done!

They will not be disappointed with the size of the dogs here. I was disappointed that they didn't come. they also have really stronf ingwer beer here for a good price!

Friendly service, good food and beer, open to late a great combination. we have dug in here after a show and a drink and some sprinkled. service was friendly and fast. would definitely return!

Only in our new local, the brat house in balaclava st, woolloongabba. looks great, has seductive beer posters over the walls and the menu looks good. then went into the bar and waited and waited....and waited. After 10 minutes we gave up and went to a bar on the road. Hopefully, they have more luck.

While strolling around Brisbane, we spotted the Brat Haus. Authentic german sausages. Great deal for someone who lives outside of Germany for a couple of years. With no high expectations, we entered the Brat Haus. The first impression: small, tiny – but lovely. Because it...was around noon, I waived a beer but took a glimpse on the available beers. For my surprise, there was a nice variety of german beer. We ordered a double smoked sausage with onion. The sausage itself was nice – nothing spectacular, but ok. A little bit disappointing was the time they needed for preparation. Around 20min is a little bit too long. Is the price worth? No – it is a little bit too expensive. A great thing is, that this venue does not incorporate Germany in Bavaria. Germany is much more than Bavaria – you’ll find other local beer as well (Kölsch – from Cologne . Thanks to that. If you really want to go for a nice german beer in Brisbane – go there. But don’t expect too much from the sausages. Back home in Germany, there are much better : In sum: You don't make anything wrong to enter the Brat Haus.
