The food at this restaurant is amazing, and the snack packs are definitely worth every penny.

I have always been a fan of kebabs, and have been enjoying them from this shop since 2000. However, there have been a few issues over the years. The prices always seemed to vary in the past, but now they are consistently the same. Unfortunately, I was banned from the shop for bringing up this price issue. The lady working there told me that I always complain too much. The tabouli recipe could use some improvement as it seems to be missing cracked wheat and lemon. The salad served with the kebabs consists of chunky parsley, cucumber, and tomatoes. Lately, they have been running out of sauce ingredients and the staff seem uninterested in making more. During my last visit, I arrived at 2:10 only to be told that the shop was closed, despite a lady serving herself from a full display behind the counter. Overall, I have become frustrated with the rudeness and drama at this kebab shop and have decided to take my business elsewhere.

The staff at this restaurant seems to struggle with the distinction between kebab and chipbab. Almost every time I visit, they question if I said chipbab instead of kebab. Today, they didn't even ask and just gave me a chipbab. I didn't want to cause a scene as they were busy with other customers. I have never encountered this issue at any other kebab place I have visited. It appears as though they are trying to force chipbabs on me instead of providing what I actually ordered. I have no intention of returning to this establishment in the future.
