Aether Brewing - Brisbane

Amazing atmosphere any day of the week with ever changing menus, friendly and fun staff and of course sensational brews for any palette! Its noisy, fun and usually always busy so if you're after "a quiet after work conversation", maybe head somewhere else. Aether may be a little too fun ;)

Meh. Went there opening week with a friend. Flat beer, noisy environment with no acoustics. The chicken burgers were just weird tasting and greasy. Probably teething issues but probably won't be back as there some many better options in the Brisbane Craft Beer scene these days.

The reuben sandwich was a really strange flavour and expensive considering it didn't come with sides. It's a shame because I liked the atmosphere of the place. Won't make a return visit.

Right in the city this cute and cosy little brewery has a great range to choose from in terms of beer and offers a casual atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff on had. Great place to stop after work for the locals!

Good beer, ok selection. No bottled ciders. Food was great on New Years, srircha chicken wings but we came back and their wings were 3 full wings which are hard to eat and couldn't taste the lemongrass t all. The tostada is not a tostada it's a quesadilla, maybe they need to google what they're serving and they could have given 4x the salsa to make it edible.
