This was similar to those places in Japan great tasting food and speedy service Just the right place to grab a snack or a full meal whilst shopping or waiting for you bus.
I eaten at this place a number of times staff are very rude for customer service I waited 45 mins for my noodles only find out beef noodles had hardly any beef in it to start off with and the veggies sizes they cut something u feed to your pet rabbit to eat it's not worth the 12 bucks also if u have food allergies I be extremely careful like i I have a allergy to rice they cook my noodles with rice beside it end up very sick in the end Also went to try talk to manger goes no English so if u tell them u got a allergy I think again before eating here waste of time and dangerous for people with food allergys .
Enjoyed sitting along a bench in front of the kitchen where you watch the cooks prepare the meals on a large grill. I tried a fish teppanyaki. It was really tasty. I noticed there were quite a few vegetarian options with mushrooms which I will try next visit. Well priced and available to eat there or take away.
The outlet is located at the basement of Myers centre at Queen street mall. Very centralised as people who rush to work or home will definitely pass it to catch the bus; enabling them to take away a meal or sit for a quick bite. One of the pioneers in teppanyaki cooking, they boasts of their fried udon with either seafood or beef/ chicken. The Japanese curry rice that ranges from mild to hot is also a hot favourite. In addition, there are different servings of rice topped with beef, chicken, onagi eel)....u name it, they have it! Oh yes...the Japanese pancake...ooolala! And the gyozas Japanese dumplings), takoyaki squid balls) ....my favourite! To compliment their menu is a variety of quenching drinks bottled as well as the personal concoction of the owner! You'll be amazed. Needless to say, the prices of the food is very reasonable from the generosity of the owner, you get your money's worth! In fact the actual preparation and cooking of the food is done right before your eyes. You can site it through a big glass window and observe every technic and skill used pretty entertaining too! If you happen to be in Brisbane, this is a place you mustn't miss!
What a beautiful meal! The food is freshly prepared, right in front of you. The quality is sensational for a take away meal, I have never enjoyed a take away meal that much! Highly recommendable! (19, from Germany)
