Nagomi Bento - BRISBANE CITY

Went here with colleagues for Friday Lunch. The bento box was a really good value. The pork dumpling with edamame and cream croquettes were were quite nice and enjoyable and they had good flavour. I picked the crispy chicken for the bento box and the quality of the preparation was good. The batter had good flavour to it and the chicken was nice and tender. The salad was quite average though but a nice compliment to the chicken. The ambience was quite relaxed and we were served very quickly which was good. Overall a great little japanese eatery and will definitely go back

Average or below food quality. But that's okay if you're after a fast food type of thing. prices are very reasonable . I would go there again

Nagomi is my go-to for mid week dinner! Their $6.60 plates and $6 cocktails always go down a treat. The food is fresh and is a great size for sharing with friends.

Disappointing. We had two Bento boxes and everything was just average. It was all pre-cooked (understandable as they need to be quick for the city workers) but nothing tasted fresh. The goyza was bland, rice was coated in sauce that was quite unpleasant, edamame was soggy. The meat (chilli beef) was nice. Good and spicy. GREAT I've never been disappointed whenever I eat here. I've always had good customer service any time of day even when it is busy. The lunch menu may not be all that extravagant, but if you go on a thursday night it's 28$ all you can eat which also includes green tea ice cream for dessert. The food is always fresh and tasty.
