Pizza Capers - Brinsmead

The name is Pizza Crafters now and same good gourmet pizzas

I’m currently holding a reunion of locals and after a day of activities we decided to get food.So after deciding on what to eat, we settled with Pizza Capers as they had some good choices of pizza.However, could I order any ?We spent a good 45 mins trying to decide what pizzas as there is at least 25 mouths to feed.When we got to the end to pay for pizza it wouldn’t let us to select the store Brinsmead )After having a struggle of selecting the store I tried to call.I attempted 3 times to call them and no answer.I will be telling others and the Same as the other members of the group not to even attempt to order pizza from here. Very poor effort.

Great pizza, only ten minute wait. Thick and tasty toppings. No inside seating though just something to keep in mind.

Ordered the satay tofu only to realise half the toppings were missing. Called to let them know only to be offered a free garlic bread on my next order. I said i would like the pizza I had ordered. Only to then cop attitude from the staff . I was told to bring in the old pizza whilst they made me a new one. Another 15min drive later, i show them the pizza,to have a woman try and take it off me after my inconveniencei, instead of offering it to me whilst I wait. I then copped more attitude off the mature woman working there (a loud huff and puff) when I politely asked if I could have it whilst I wait, instead of her throwing it out.Must say worst customer service and customer resolution.. Not even an apology
