Marina Di Brindisi

For those poor sailing souls, who have survived Tramantana don't even go searching for a decent place to eat in Brindisi. Just park your boat and go out for a great dinner at the Marina di Brindisi restaurant. I've tried an octopus with burrata and this is just great. Also try the chef's choice for a starter. This is not a place I recommend for the foot walking species, because it's not easy to get to, but for the sailing fall who stay at the Marina di Brindisi that's an excellent choice.

Bad service, the food was just very disappointing for such a beautiful place: dry fish, chewy stake and the salad was average. On top of all that it was expensive. If you want to enjoy the view just have a drink or a dessert and you will be more than satisfied!

Well I don't have a boat but I still am able to go and eat here luckily. It's something quite calming to sit by the sea when the sun sets and enjoy a platter of seafood antipasto and a glass of white wine.if you want peace and quiet you find it here.the menu is not to fancy but everything we tasted was very good. Service a bit slow, but friendly staff. The further south you get in Italy the less English is spoken, but a smile and some friendliness will get you a long way.

To be honest at first sight you dont feel enticed to have dinner. The front of the restaurant is a bar where one can have some snacks etc. Actuallly the whole marina looks a bit dated though the staff do everything to make you feel welcome. In general our experience with restaurants in Marinas is not great. But this restaurant is a real knock out............ I we can only say GO THERE anything on the menu is a true treat. We saw various meals go past our table and it almost made us drewl tempt to have that plate as well. The best pizza ever the ladies said. My steak porcini, mushroom, gorgonzola the best ever in my life. The wine (suggested by the waiter) really perfect. The service is was of the ame quality. A simple eye contact was needed to have the waiter at your table. Prompt service, And a real interest if you enjoy the meal. The same night they were serving a rather large audience reception with the best of food. And even then we did not feel neglected and were treated with the same attention as one would expect. The price was fair allright Mind you: we did not arrive in this marina with the best of mood. We had a major costly repair of the propeller shaft. It needed replacement. 4 days on the hard and lots of wind entering the marina.
