La Piazzetta - BRINDISI

Durante un breve soggiorno a Brindisi ho scoperto questa pizzeria dove sono stato accolto con calore e simpatia. Il locale semplice e accogliente, il personale pronto e sorridente. La pizza di ottima qualità, davvero fantastica. Non vedo l'ora di tornare a Brindisi solo per poterla gustare di nuovo.

Abbiamo cenato con alcuni amici alla ricerca dei sapori antichi della nostra cucina. Francesco è un maestro pizzaiolo che mantiene intatte le tradizioni e i sapori. La pizza è croccante, dura, con il bordo che rimane sollevato, proprio come piace a me! Contraria alla tradizione napoletana. E poi c'è la Signora Gina, un capolavoro di cordialità, ironia e intelligenza relazionale. Tutto molto buono, anche il famoso erboso Jefferson (che non mi piace molto, ma devi provarlo fresco presto).

Excelent service excelent pizza! Gina takes good care about clients while her team takes good care about the rest. Marguerita and crudo prosciutto were two excelent choices, both well served in terms of portions. Taste was great. We had a lovelly evening. Great experience.

Arrived late into Brindisi and went for a walk around. We stumbled across the square and there are a few restaurants around it. We just wanted somethings simple pizza and couple of beers and this place was perfect. Sat outside listening to some cool music from the DJ in the corner of the square, shared a pizza and had a couple of drinks each... less than €20. If you just want a simple, cafe style dinner then this great.

Best pizza ever! The lady is English speaking and very helpful. We have had a Calzone and the ladies own special Mamma Mia. Both was very tasty and the pizza was very crunchy. They were very kind and fast with the food. Be there before 21 pm because it was very long que after 21 pm if you haven’t ordered a table. We can warmly recommend it.
