Clongibbon House Restaurant And Bar

Ok, I know I have worked here for the last seven years but I think I am allowed to give a review now that I'm leaving. As an employer- The Clongibbon has always been extremely flexible as an employer especially for a student and there was never any problem with getting time off to complete exams etc. The establishment has been supportive throughout my university years. The Staff- I would like to give some praise to those who I have worked with over the years, both in the kitchen and bar. The other members of staff have always been professional but that has never stopped them from having a lot of fun- especially with customers. The Food- the food served in the Clongibbon is really good, maybe I would have been skinnier if I had not worked here . My personal favourites are the Chicken Korma and of course Turkey and Ham when it had been on. Overall, I have really enjoyed every aspect of working there and I will miss the staff,customers and the FOOD!

I stayed with ye the June Weekend on the sat brill experience was made feel very welcome food was brill and the breakfast was delicious now and the staff very kind and friendly now and made me feel welcome and the room i got was brill now and i could see the square in mitchelstown and loved my visit i will be back again and the coffee was so good and loved your desserts very nice hotel and the pubs in mitchelstown are brill love the town well done all now see ye soon.

A nice relaxing place for breakfast or just a cup of coffee,a very friendly and prompt service I was very happy would certainly go their again.
