Subway - Brighton

Ok no doubt it's popular but God are the slooooooow. So 2 very slow and obviously in experienced girls fumbling their way through a packed waiting area, while someone is out the back washing up! What the? Wouldn't you think you would have everyone in the counter for the lunch rush. Then it turns out there are 2 staff out back ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Can we speak to a manager? Oh surprise surprise there isn't one. This is why this leaderless disaster is so desperately out of control. People are giving up and walking out. We saw three people return their drinks to the fridge and walk out. We saw another guy come to the door sigh loudly, he said STILL, shook his head and walked off. If I owned this shop I'd be be furious at the loss of income

The service at this restaurant was fresh and lovely, but unfortunately they couldn't add onion to my ham, cheese, and tomato toast.

I visited this restaurant for the first time on July 26th around 7pm and was served by two delightful young ladies. They both had impeccable manners and seemed to have a great rapport, making my dining experience enjoyable. It was refreshing to see two young employees so cheerful and happy in their work. I look forward to returning and hope to be served by them again. Great job, girls!

I have been ordering from this restaurant almost every day for nearly a year, and I have never received a sub of poor quality or experienced bad customer service. This is the best Subway I have visited in a long time. I highly recommend it.
