As someone with OCD, I value cleanliness and hygiene in restaurants. It's important for me to know that every aspect of the establishment, especially the restrooms, is in good condition. As a mother of girls ranging from 5 to 18, I prioritize a safe and clean environment for my family. This restaurant review is crucial for me, as I often stop for a coffee break after a long car ride with my family.

Poor staff must learn that the customer is more important than three employees camp shelves that are visible to the waiting students

Lovely choices of pies, pastries and sausage rolls. The coffee was perfect and the bread was fresh and sliced on request.

We stopped in for lunch recently whilst passing through the area. They had quite a range of pies, from which we selected the beef and pepper. Actually it was pretty good, one of the better pies we have had. It was very busy, but orders...were taken promptly and our coffee came quickly.

First visit l noticed floors were dirty and tables weren't cleared , not overly busy but long waiting times , looked old and tired , didn't have the pie l ordered from the menu , settled for a cpl of sausage rolls , dry and...warm at best , gave this place another go , slow service again ! Ordered a coffee that tasted sour and undrinkable , left it there and walked out , floors and tables still unclean , will not be back again ! Must survive on the qantity of ppl due to their busy location, looks old and outdated should be more reason to get the quality right .
