Contribuiți la feedbackAugust may not be the ideal time to visit Brighton, as it tends to be overcrowded with tourists and language students. However, I was delighted to find Yum Ninja located away from the hustle and bustle of Meeting House Lane, in a peaceful farm area. The restaurant is perfect for enjoying a sunny lunch outdoors and has a quirky atmosphere that fits well with Brighton's vibe. Yum Ninja offers a pan Asian menu with dishes that taste authentic, along with a short cocktail list, sake, and a well-balanced wine selection. I would have enjoyed this restaurant as a student, and I still find it enjoyable now that I am older. We ordered chilled sake during our visit, and it was a great choice.
August may not be the best time to visit Brighton due to the crowds of tourists and language students, but I was happy to discover Yum Ninja tucked away from the busy meeting house lane in its own peaceful farm area. It's the kind of quirky restaurant that fits perfectly in Brighton. They serve pan-Asian food (although I can't vouch for its authenticity) along with a selection of cocktails, sake, and a well-balanced wine list. I would have enjoyed this place as a student and still love it now that I'm older. We tried the recommended chilled sake and Thatai Otter Festival dish, which came with pickled gurke and tapioca. Everything was delicious, especially the crackers.
The monkfish skewers from the bincho menu were charred to perfection, with crispy skin and a smoky flavor.
