Really nice little venue with so nice beers on. Friendly atmosphere and kind staff. Covid guidance followed and a pleasant environment. Not a lot of the pizzas were available but the ones we did have were amazing. All the sauces were out of date, however, but not worth marking down for!
Charged £18.25 for 2 double drinks with mixer (1 double G&T, 1 double vodka cranberry). We could have bought whole bottles for that price (of better quality), needless to say we left after one. PSA: the toilets were also clogged and smelled.
Was charged £7.50 for a large Smirnoff vodka with no mixer. A bottle is £13-14 retail. This is by far the most expensive in Brighton, actually dearer than London. Most 4-5* restaurants and hotels here don't come close to charging that much, and it's better vodka! Absolute rip off!
Me and the missus like a pint on the way home after a Sunday session drinking in town or after work. I'm a born and bred Brightonion so I've been to many pubs in and around Brighton including the Pull and pump. But as of late this Lil boozer has been our local. We live quite close so have been coming on the regular. They got some great ales on tap and well as some lagers from the missus. And we both like a Gin and Tonic here and now when we've got a hangover which they have you covered for. The bar staff is edgy 20-year-olds and I like it. They're not always smiley but who the hell is? Keep on doing what you're doing bar staff with ya edgy no-nonsense attitude. Will be back for a pint with the missus.
