The George Payne - Brighton and Hove

The pub has a pleasant atmosphere with welcoming staff and good energy. Didn't try the food on this occasion.

We had lunch on a Friday and it was fantastic. It's a great spot to relax and unwind.

We had a fantastic evening at the George Payne. All six of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were very friendly. Definitely our favorite spot in the neighborhood!

My friend and I ordered two identical Sunday chicken roasts, his dish was good, mine had two pieces of chicken, one tasted like old meat, the other frankly smelled like rotten meat and tasted the same; the atmosphere is nice, but the food was disappointing

Not really for me. Tables just packed in feeling really tight but midweek nobody there.
