Oddsocks Brighton - Brighton and Hove

On arrival we ordered two cocktails from the cocktail menu. We were told they couldn't make them because they didn't have the ingredients and offered us a malibu and coke??! I ended up with a mediocre wine and my missus had water, which was overpriced. My meal of spaghetti meatballs was OK, 3 stars but my girlfriends pulled beef lasagne was awful. There was no meat, just sloppy ragu. And the first foccacia she received was just warmed up left over sourdough from breakfast. This was replaced with actual focaccia when we complained but that was ridiculous. Also received 20% off the food bill, but that did not satisfy us.

Very average food. The only exception was the soup.

This is a nice spot to enjoy a few drinks. The prices are fair, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed.

Frozen food!! The fish fillet was so hard on the outside but still abit cold inside. I stopped eating when I got to the centre. I don't understand why anywhere in Brighton would need to sell frozen fish

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, but the selection of draft beer was limited.
