Best Tea room in Brighton Hove.Warm ambience and excellent service.The owners are very welcoming and nice people.Strongly recommed to have this uniqe Uk Tea room experience.Booking is strongly recommended due to high demand.Very instagramable place for the followers.

Would recommend a visit to Leman’s but worth making a reservation as only 3 tables. Many different tea choices, house mystic blend delicious. Food wonderful. And service top notch!

I visited with my lovely husband to celebrate Valentine's Day and the owners were incredibly kind, really spoiled us and made it SUCH a special occasion. We had vegan afternoon tea, delicious sandwiches, home made cranberry scones and the BEST Victoria sponge I have EVER eaten! The tea room is really pretty, really small and intimate with beautiful crockery and vintage decor. HIGHLY recommended we will definitely be back x
