Brighton Sausage Company

This was my second time visiting this establishment. I came specifically for the cheese and was impressed by the friendly and passionate staff. I believe his name was Arron, and his recommendations for a truffle cheese and blue cheese were excellent. The prices were a bit steep, so I consider it a special treat, but the quality of the cheese was fantastic.

This hidden gem is definitely worth a return visit. I had the best sausage roll I've had in a long time, and my daughter was delighted as well. The staff at the shop were helpful and polite. The shop has a very traditional feel, and I will definitely bring a big bag to carry all the delicious treats next time I visit!

This has a great choice of cheeses too, all local ones covered and a variety of sauces. the marmite sauce they make is the finest I have ever had , and visit them regularly for more. highly recommended.

I travelled from Seaford to replenish my freezer stock of sausages today. I checked the website which said open (from 10am to 5pm) and also said sausaging as usual. I phoned several times yesterday to double-check it was open but phone was continually engaged so thought that was a good indication of activity in the shop. I am sorry that there has been a vandalisation problem but a message on the website or a recorded phone message would have saved a 30 mile wasted round trip!
