McDonald's - Brighton

Each time we go to this restaurant, there are either long wait times in the drive-thru or our order is incorrect. I don't have the time to contact McDonald's about missing items, such as sauces and straws, that I paid for. Additionally, when ordering through the app, it seems they do not bother to update if they are unable to provide an item. I will not be returning to this location, even though it is the closest to my home. While I usually have a positive experience with the service, I have been consistently disappointed by the mistakes made here.

I pass by this restaurant on my way home on Sunday evenings after 9 p.m. There aren't many other options around, so I've started ordering from here regularly. Unfortunately, out of the 11 orders I've placed so far, they've gotten 10 of them wrong. I'm not very optimistic that this trend will improve in the future.

The service here was undeniably bad. When I asked about the McDonald's toys, I received no response initially and then was just pointed to the wall. When I asked the worker to double-check because my kids already had some, she looked at me blankly. I gave up and just ordered a Happy Meal, but they gave me nuggets instead of a cheeseburger and didn't include yogurt or sauce. They did fix the order, but the overall attitude of the staff was not good. Thank you.

After you order and pay in the drive thru and sometimes wait a long time, then you get your order and to your surprise, they screwed. I waited from time to time, I ordered until I got my wrong order... over 10 minutes. They would think in this time that they would be able to get the order right. And go to the facility with Kovid and restrictions to get the order right is a real pain in the ass. Management at this point needs to train and manage staff better. And the frits are sometimes very delicate.

There was 2 cars in front of us and we waited 10 mins to get to the speaker. Even once we got to the speaker we were told they would be with us in a moment and we sat there for another 2 mins waiting...to place our order. It was horrible service. I would avoid it at all costs. Not worth my time or money.
