Tgi Fridays - Brighton

My family had a great time here. Everyone was great, food was great. Manager Carmen even came to our table and gave us a coupon to return with. We will be back!

Food: I ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri, the crispy chicken sandwich, and a side of mac and cheese. I slurped a piece of hair through the straw that was not mine at all. The top bun to the sandwich literally had mold on it and the chicken breast was either over cooked, or cooked in grease that needed to be replaced. The macaroni was very thick and did not taste like it was fully cooked. Service: Despite it being decently quiet in there, the time that it took for our order to be taken after being seated combined with the time it took for one appetizer and our main course was a little dramatic. Our waitress (although I don’t remember her name) showed a great deal of hospitality and was very understanding and apologetic about our experience. Atmosphere: I will say again that it was pretty quiet in there today. The music that was played during our tenure here was very inviting and upbeat. There was some yelling and swearing coming from the back that was definitely audible. But, we heard this as we were waiting to speak with the manager about being dissatisfied with our meals. Overall I’m going to assume that today was a rough day and with that being said I do not believe I will be coming back. We did get my meal completely removed and a discount for the other meal, as well as a coupon so thank you to the manager and our waitress.
