Starbucks - Brighton

This location constantly allows druggies to stand behind the building and beg people in the drive up for money, I mentioned it too the gentleman at the drive through window and he said that there is nothing they can do. How about trespass them?! Letting them stand behind the building and throw trash all over while tweeked out, and then you go to exit and there are more standing at the exit. Something has to change

Servers hear what they wanted to hear and I politely corrected them on all 3 drinks.Iced green tea tasted like urine and the attempt to take the whip off Made it look like curdled milk, plus refusal to make a new drink.Never recommend going here ever again, my money- your loss.

I am not a Starbucks kind of guy... But this place was in route to a work site, and I really had to go to the bathroom. Since using the restroom, I figured I would get a breakfast wrap and a black coffee while there. Place was bumping... Lots of people in drive through, and even more inside.Bathroom was clean, and there was no wait. I had 3 employees ask me if I would like to order something after I ordered, so they were all friendly and on top of it. The coffee was Ok... It was not my Black Rifle blend I get, but carried me through. The breakfast wrap was hot and fresh, but seemed empty for the most part. More egg than anything, and at the price I would have expected more from the wrap. A little disappointed in the breakfast wrap overall.Docked a star for the wrap, but everything else was good. The location was convenient as well as I could not hold my coffee from earlier in the morning!

Baristas at this location are always friendly. Great customer service.Dietary restrictions: Always have alternative milks

Went inside to get a drink. Stood at the register for over 2 minutes. There were 6-7 people working there, several were doing necessary, but menial tasks. No one acknowledged me or even said, I 'll be right with you. I finally just left.
