Always friendly, always professional. Recommend for a nice family after dinner treat or a hot day with the kids.Wish the store seating was a bit better or the outside was more inviting.Also, they have promotions on special types of ice cream always delicious and fun BUT they often run out because they don 't prep enough.Still a great place, clean, and exceeds expectations.To the staff: keep up the great work.

Didn’t even get greeted. Had to walk out. Blonde curly headed girl and another brunette.

I am so upset with how I was treated by the cashier girl that checked me out, my total was 30 bucks all I had was a 50 she made me walk around and ask for change. I had to go to 4 different stores to ask for change. The girl making my ice cream was left all alone to make all 4 of my medium sized ice cream, while everyone stayed in the back. The ice cream was amazing like always but I cried after leaving because I have already had a stressful day including leaving my purse on accident all the way in lakewood. All my kids and I wanted was to end our stressful day eating ice cream and I felt disrespected by the girl checking me out.

Came in the other day and most of the ice cream in the case was half melted. It wasn't a big deal since I wanted a milkshake, but the milkshake I ordered was not made correctly, and with what you pay for ice cream here you expect accuracy. Employee was nice enough.

Went in 2 hours before closing and store was staged to look closed and had barely half of the flavors available. I could understand if we went in last minute but come on 630pm on a Thursday night?! Disappointing.
