Sobs 7 Dials - Brighton

I used to frequent this restaurant every week, but ever since they changed their website and ordering process last month, the quality has significantly declined. Last week, I ordered their kebab meal deal which included chips and a drink. It took over an hour for my order to arrive, despite the fact that I only live a mile away. When it finally did, I received a pita bread in a bag, uncut, along with separate containers for the kebab meat and salad. If I wanted to assemble my own kebab, I would have done it myself. Tonight's order was the final straw - it took nearly 90 minutes to arrive, and the chips were lukewarm at best. The kebab meat was so crispy, it seemed like it had been sitting out all night. I will not be patronizing this restaurant again.

It arrived on time. The food was warm not hot. The ordered sauces seemed non existent. It was OK but nothing special.

I ordered 1 pizza, cheesy chips, and a coke online from Just Eat. I was told it would be an hour. Two hours later, we tried calling. The first time we were cut off, and the second time, after several rings, someone finally answered. The person apologized and said the order was on its way. After waiting another hour, we ended up going to Pizza Hut instead. The service was unbelievably bad. I will never use this restaurant again.

After leaving the restaurant, we realized we were too hungry to wait and needed to eat something on the go. Although I wasn't expecting a fine dining experience, I did expect my food to be warm and as requested. Sadly, I would rather eat my own foot than dine at this fast food place again. I recommend going somewhere else.

Sometimes after a few beverages in Brighton centre, I find myself stumbling into this place and ordering a pizza. Don't get me wrong, the pizza never ever disappoints but the one night I decided to order a chicken burger my evening took a turn for the worse. It was double, it was a mistake. I found myself being very ill.
