Happy Maki Sushi Burritos Bento (takeaway)

I found this charming vegan sushi roll shop last summer while wandering around Brighton. I must say, the food is fantastic—delicious flavors and generous portions. The staff were also friendly and enthusiastic.

Delicious, so many options and the portions were huge. I had a build your own bowl and it was really yummy and there was so much I couldn 't finish it. Staff were friendly and helpful. The best sushi I've ever had, we went back the next day to try more flavours. If you're going with a friend I'd recommend sharing two between you so you can try the different options! My favourite is the caulipop
